Ingredients

• 400g grated zucchini
• 1 grated carrot
• 1 cup grated tasty cheese
• 1 onion finely chopped
• 1 cup self-raising flour
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 3 rashers bacon chopped
• 6 eggs

Method

Mix all ingredients together and bake for 45mins at 180 degrees.
