Provincial Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 lemon
- olive oil (cold pressed)
- French dijon mustard
Method
Crush cloves of garlic into a small glass measuring jug. Squeeze lemon juice unto jug (remove any pips). Add 1-2 teaspoon sof dijon mustard. Add olive oil, use sufficient amout to lose sharpness of lemon juice.
Mix well.
Pour over salad just before serving, toss until dressing is completely mixed through the salad leaves.
Eat and enjoy! Also tastes great when mixed separately with croutons.
