 Ingredients 
  • 60 mls Vodka
  • 60 mls Sugar Syrup *(see recipe below)
  • 30 mls Lemon Juice
  • 30 mls Lime Juice
  • Champagne
  • 1 lemon (sliced)
  • 1 Lime (sliced)
  • Ice

Method :

1. In a large glass jug, place lots of ice, lemon and lime slices.
2. Add v
odka, lemon/lime juice and sugar syrup. Stir to combine flavour.
3. Top up with enough champagne to fill jug. Alow to chill.
4. Serve in champagne flutes.

* To make sugar syrup, you need to combine 1 cup sugar and 1 cup of water in a saucepan and then bring just to the boil. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
