Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup whole egg mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a small glass mixing bowl or use the Jamie Oliver Flavour Shaker and shake like a pro!  Taste and add extra seasoning as required.

Serve with prawns or any seafood of your choice, goes great with thick cut chips as well!
